Candace is a 2L at the University of Calgary’s law school. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Applied Ethics. Before law school she worked as a Community Support Worker for adults and children with developmental disabilities. She also volunteered at the William Head Correctional Institution. This background formed her zeal for advocacy. In her spare time she likes to sew, dissect true crime and drink copious amounts of tea. As the new Director of Sponsorship and Events she hopes to bring her passion, organization and creativity to create successful events for the CWSLA.
